DARLENE PFAUTZ
Plaintiff, Pfautz v. Erie Insurance
Year 6. Self-represented.

Darlene Pfautz is the plaintiff in Pfautz v. Erie Insurance, now in its sixth year. She is represented by herself.

The case concerns the loss of forty-seven Beanie Babies, all New With Tags, including Royal Blue Peanut the Elephant. Darlene Pfautz contends the event was an Act of Satan. The policy does not exclude these.

All filings have been timely.

Her collection does not include Brownie the Bear. Ty Incorporated distributed initially in the Chicago area; central Pennsylvania received stock later. This is not part of the case.

Progress Dam takes no position on matters before the courts.

When asked about Royal Blue Peanut, Darlene Pfautz said, “He was royal blue.”
